A PAYROLL OUTSOURCING SUCCESS STORY

In one of our most significant achievements to date, it’s important to highlight that this particular trial posed one of the most formidable challenges we’ve encountered.

This trial began with a turbulent implementation by the previous vendor, which remained unable to go live for over a year. When CXL Group was entrusted with the task, we had to move swiftly, and then the unexpected occurred – a nationwide lockdown through the Movement Control Order (MCO). With mounting pressure on the shoulders of the previous vendor, the baton of responsibility was passed to us at CXL Group. As they say, energy doesn’t vanish; it merely transforms from one form to another. 

But why did the project not go live, and how did CXL shoulder the responsibility of ensuring the Client’s payroll became operational within a tight timeframe?
