Job Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least SPM qualifications.
- Candidates must possess good communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidates that are able to start work immediately will have an added advantage.
Job Description
- Responsible to support the daily operation of the Retention department.
- He/she must contribute to improving customer retention.
- Track contracts that are soon to be expired and contact customers for renewals.
Remuneration:
- Basic salary and fixed allowance up to RM2,000 per month (subject to candidate’s qualifications and experience).
