- Responsible to attend to inbound and make outbound calls to remind the account holders of their credit card or loan payments.
- Responsible to liaise and negotiate with account holders on their payment issues.
- Responsible in following-up and monitoring the accountholders’ payment thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Minimum qualifications: SPM holder.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with working overtime where required, especially towards month end.
- Those able to start work immediately will have an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- RM2,000 per month + Commission/Overtime
