Job Description

  • Responsible to support the daily operations of the Retention Department.
  • Responsible to retain the customer by resolving any issue related to the the company’s products and services.
  • To address the customer’s inquiries, provide first time resolution, collect overdue amount and offer any potential offerings that would benefit the customer and company.
  • Track contracts that are soon to be expired and contact customers for renewals.
  • Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Analyse customer feedback and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.
  • Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.
  • Achieve KPI’s scoring set by the company.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum qualifications: SPM holder.
  • Applicants with Customer Service & Telemarketing experience is preferred.
  • Required spoken and written languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Age range between 19 – 38 years old
  • Comfortable with the following work arrangement: First contract is 3 month duration and renewal upon performance record.
  • Those able to start work immediately will have an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate & applicant with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.


  • RM2,000 per month
  • Unlimited commission
  • Overtime
