Job Description

  • Administer the payroll function, ensuring that the employee payroll and ad-hoc payments are made in accordance with Service Level Agreement requirement.
  • Act as a liaison with local statutory organisations on payroll matters.
  • Responsible for payment and statutory reporting.
  • Ensure submission of payroll, finance and other reports.
  • Ensure annual tax reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Ensure maintenance of proper record of documents.
  • Attend to employee inquiries pertaining to payroll.
  • Preparing monthly billing, invoices to clients and payroll summary for Finance reporting.
  • Dealing with IT in resolving system issues.
  • System maintenance and enhancement.
Job Requirement
  • Possess at least a 2nd Class (or equivalent) degree.
  • At least 0 – 3 year experience in payroll processing.
  • Good communication skills, proactive and able to multi-task.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good in PC skills such as MS Excel, Words, & Powerpoint.
