Job Description
-
Administer the payroll function, ensuring that the employee payroll and ad-hoc payments are made in accordance with Service Level Agreement requirement.

Act as a liaison with local statutory organisations on payroll matters.

Responsible for payment and statutory reporting.

Ensure submission of payroll, finance and other reports.
-
Ensure annual tax reporting is accurate and timely.
-
Ensure maintenance of proper record of documents.
-
Attend to employee inquiries pertaining to payroll.
-
Preparing monthly billing, invoices to clients and payroll summary for Finance reporting.
-
Dealing with IT in resolving system issues.
-
System maintenance and enhancement.
Job Requirement
-
Possess at least a 2nd Class (or equivalent) degree.
-
At least 0 – 3 year experience in payroll processing.

Good communication skills, proactive and able to multi-task.

Strong analytical skills.
-
Good in PC skills such as MS Excel, Words, & Powerpoint.
Remuneration:
- RM2,500 per month
