Junior Executive (IT Operations Centre)

Job Description

  • Understand the operation’s Service Level Agreement and proactively strive to meet the commitments.
  • Clearly and concisely articulate problems and provide solutions for issue to clients both over the phone, via e-mail or in person.
  • Attend Trouble Tickets and resolve the issue based on committed SLA or escalate the ticket to the Level 2 support.
  • Update data pertaining to the status of incident/request in ticketing system accurately and promptly.
  • Ability to follow through with tasks, troubleshooting with minim supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate with the Team Leader and team members.
  • Training will be provided.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must poses a Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Required spoken and written languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English (Fluent).
  • Willing to work with contract arrangements:12 months contract / renewable based on performance.
  • Malaysian Citizen only.
  • Experience in IT and troubleshooting is an added advantage.
  • Candidate must be willing to start on the 1st December 2022.


  • RM2,600 – RM3,000
