Job Description

  • Assist potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other banking products and services.
  • Assist customers with account opening.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration/ Studies/ Muamalat/ Banking or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English (Fluent)
  • Willing to work with contract arrangements (6 – 12 months contract / renew based on performance).
  • Malaysian Citizen only.
  • Comfortable working with rotational shifts (7am – 4pm, 9am-6pm, 1pm-10pm)
  • Good communication skill and computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in banking call centers is an added advantage.
  • Candidate must be willing to start immediately – December 2022.

Remuneration:

  • RM2,500 + RM300 allowance + OT
