Job Description
- Promote bancassurance products and ensure sales are secured in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations.
- Provide before and after sales service to customerS.
- Guide and provide consultancy service to customer on their insurance needs.
- Build and maintain business relationship with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Attend to customers’ enquiry on branch products, services and feedback.
- Participate and organise initiatives to promote bancassurance products.
Job Requirement
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration/Management or equivalent.
- People oriented and has great communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. However, candidate with 2 years’ experience and/or possess PCEIA Life/CEILLI / TBE license would have an added advantage.
- Possess the ability to speak dual language.
Remuneration:
From RM2,500 to RM3,500 (subject to the candidate’s experience and qualifications)
