Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM qualifications with 2 years of work experience.
- Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in any field are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must have good communication skills.
Job Description
- To attend/ answer inbound calls from customers.
- Identify client billing and product issues.
- Assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution.
Remuneration:
- Basic salary and fixed allowance up to RM1,900 per month (subject to candidate’s qualifications and experience).
- Retention Allowance: RM 600 if 3 months contract is completed.
