6-Month Contract
Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm
Job Description:
  • To attend to inbound calls and make outbound calls.
  • To remind account holders of their outstanding payments.
  • To liaise and negotiate with account holders on payment issues.
  • To follow-up and monitor account holders’ payments.
  • To obtain the documentation required to assist in collection.
Job Requirement:
  • Must possess a Diploma, Degree or SPM holder with 1-year collection experience.
  • Fresh graduates with good communication skills encourage to apply.
  • Experience in banking & collection is an added advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Good negotiation skills required.
  • Must pass a simple assessment.
  • Computer & Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) literate.
    • RM2,200 + opportunity to earn commission up to RM2,500.
