Product Consultant

12-Month Contract (renewable)
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm & Alternate Saturday’s 10:00am to 2:00pm
Job Description:
  • Assist with outbound calls and perform outgoing calls to provide information to customers about products and services.
  • Follow up with the customers on pending cases.
  • Create reports in the designated system.
  • Training will be provided.
  • No prior work experience is required.
Job Requirement:
  • Must possess a minimum of SPM (credit), Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Able to start work immediately (Intake on 5 July 2021).
Remuneration:
  • Basic salary of RM1,600-RM1,800
  • Commission
