Contract (renewable based on performance)
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm & Alternate Saturdays (half day)

Basic salary of RM1,500-RM1,700 + Unlimited Commission

  • To attend/ answer inbound calls from customers.
  • To perform outgoing calls and educate customers regarding the product and services.
  • Follow up with the customers on pending cases.
  • Create reports in the designated system.

Must possess at least SPM; credit, Diploma and Degree in any field.

Product Consultant

12-Month Contract (renewable)
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm & Alternate Saturday’s 10:00am to 2:00pm

Basic salary of RM1,600-RM1,800 + Commission

  • Assist with outbound calls and perform outgoing calls to provide information to customers about products and services.
  • Follow up with the customers on pending cases.
  • Create reports in the designated system.
  • Training will be provided.
  • No prior work experience is required.

Customer Service

5-day work week

Basic salary of RM1,500, Allowance Rm250, EPF, SOCSO & EIS

  • Register patients in Covid Assessment Centres/ Pusat Kesihatan Daerah
  • To fix and remove the E-bracelets for patients.
  • Excellent front desk etiquette and act as a first-line customer service representative of the company
  • Debrief and explain the function and the restrictions during the quarantine period.
  • Conduct equipment sanitization and charging.
  • Control and monitor inventory at CAC/PKD.
  • Control and manage the public crowd in the centre
  • Ensure SOP for Covid-19, usage of PPE, and HSSE requirement are adhered to at all times.

Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/fresh graduates in any discipline.

6-Month Contract

RM2,200 + opportunity to earn commission up to RM2,500.

  • To attend to inbound calls and make outbound calls.
  • To remind account holders of their outstanding payments.
  • To liaise and negotiate with account holders on payment issues.
  • To follow-up and monitor account holders’ payments.
  • To obtain the documentation required to assist in collection.

Must possess a Diploma, Degree or SPM holder with 1-year collection experience. Fresh graduates with good communication skills encourage to apply.
