Rotational Shifts
(7:30am – 4:00am / 1:00pm -10:00pm / 5:30pm – 2:00am)
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via live chat.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
  • Identify their technical, billing and product issues.
  • Assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution/troubleshooting
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

No work experience required. Fresh Graduates with a Diploma or Degree in any field is welcomed to apply.

Human Resource Generalist

Full time
  • HR documentation preparation (employment letter, promotion letter, increment letter, etc).
  • New employee onboarding.
  • Update and maintain changes in employee status in the system and profiles.
  • Timesheet management – Coordinated with the client on the timesheet submission.
  • Delivering the weekly and monthly client reports.
  • IR & ER related matters – grievance/counselling / disciplinary among the outsourcing employees.
  • Engage regularly with clients and employees. To update them on any progress, and convey both parties’ feedback.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

RM2,000 – RM3,000 (Subject to qualifications and experience)

  • Handles recruitment activities/ processes on/off-site.
  • Search for potential candidates using a hiring database, job portal or social media.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications.
  • Perform interview screening with candidates (conduct phone and face-to-face interviews to assess minimum qualifications and basic communication skills of applicants.)
  • Ensure all candidates are briefed on the job requirement before the interview to ensure minimum walkout.
  • Meet the set daily and weekly target for the number of interviewed and hired candidates.
  • Follow up with the client closely on the interview result and ensure placement.
  • Engage regularly with the client. Provide updates on their accounts’ progress and performance, receive and provide feedback on various aspects and acting on necessary changes.
